Pack 475 will be spending the night at Kennedy Space Center!

This time we are camping under the Saturn V Rocket!

Payment ($100 per attendee) due immediately.

Registration limited to 200 participants. Age restriction of 7 or older.

  • A camp out under the Saturn V rocket
  • A presentation by astronaut Jerry Ross or Nicole Stott
  • Dinner and a midnight snack
  • More activities hosted by the KSC Saturday evening
  • A light breakfast the next morning
  • A full day at Kennedy Space Center Sunday

Check in begins SHARPLY at 4pm. If you’re late, you will miss your opportunity to attend.

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Food (If you have a special diet or do not think our portions will suffice please bring your food in a soft sided cooler. No microwave or fridge is available).
  • Pajamas
  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Air mattress
  • Air mattress pump
  • Batteries for your air mattress pump (if needed)
  • Power strip (to charge electronics) We cannot guarantee that we you will be able to charge your electronics over night.
  • Necessary medication
  • Change of clothes
  • Toiletries (there is no shower facilities)
  • Camera

We’ll be camping on the open floor. Don’t expect a lot of privacy or quiet.

Earplugs are highly recommended!

If you have a scout earning his Supernova and he would like to receive it at KSC, he should plan to complete that work by end of February or early March at the latest. This gives us time to order and receive the awards through the Scout Store (which can easily take a month).
